How POS integration works
A public overview of the controlled partner journey. Detailed integration documentation is provided after approval.
Approval first
TerraGridTech reviews the business, use case and intended POS integration.
Controlled connection access
An authorised administrator creates and securely handles the POS connection key. Up to two active keys are supported per business.
Test before creating receipts
The connection test confirms the setup and consumes no receipt credit.
Use a stable retry reference
The same receipt operation should keep the same idempotent reference when retried, helping prevent unintended duplicates.
Create and claim
The POS creates the receipt and QR. The customer's Wallet claim does not consume an additional receipt credit.
