Demo expiry and stopping
A demo ends after 30 days or its regional test-receipt allowance is exhausted, whichever occurs first. It is non-renewing and limited to one eligible demo per business. Ordinary expiry, allowance exhaustion, voluntary early stopping, unused allowance, incomplete setup or POS incompatibility alone does not automatically create a refund, without limiting rights required by law.
Receipt-package expiry and unused allowance
A prepaid receipt allowance ends when exhausted or at the recorded package end date. Unused allowance does not carry forward by default and does not by itself create an automatic refund.
Completed order protection
A future price revision does not silently change the amount, allowance, unit-rate authority, pricing version, tax snapshot, terms version, currency or validity period recorded for a completed order.
Refund review
Refund review may be requested for duplicate charges, verified payment followed by rejection before activation, a confirmed TerraGridTech failure, or where applicable law requires it. No public page directly issues a refund, invoice adjustment or credit note.
