Demo expiry and stopping
The India-only POS API Demo ends after 30 calendar days or 50 successful test receipts, whichever occurs first. It is non-renewing. Normal expiry, unused testing capacity, incomplete setup, voluntary early stopping or POS incompatibility alone does not automatically create a refund, without limiting rights required by law.
Commercial records
If a commercial order is later approved, its recorded amount, per-successful-receipt rate, pricing version, tax snapshot, terms version, currency and applicable period form its own record. A future price revision does not silently change that completed record.
Refund review
Refund review may be requested for duplicate charges, verified payment followed by rejection before activation, a confirmed TerraGridTech failure, or where applicable law requires it. No public page directly issues a refund, invoice adjustment or credit note.
