Different requests
Subscription cancellation stops future service as agreed; expiry ends a fixed term or allowance; account closure ends access; refund review considers a charge; a privacy deletion request concerns personal data. One does not automatically cause the others.
Demo rules
The POS API demo is non-renewing and ends after 30 days or 50 receipts, whichever occurs first. It is limited to one per business. Early stopping, unused credits, incomplete setup, voluntary stopping, normal expiry or POS incompatibility alone do not automatically create a refund. We must not make misleading compatibility representations.
When a refund review may be available
- A duplicate charge
- Verified payment followed by rejection before activation
- A confirmed TerraGridTech failure
- A refund required by applicable law
How review works
Email support@terragridtech.com with the business name, payment reference and reason, but do not include card credentials. The customer requests review and cannot directly trigger a refund. Only authorised TerraGridTech personnel may approve it. Refund automation and instant refunds are not active.
Amount, status and timing
A refund cannot exceed the amount paid and not already refunded. Provider acceptance is not completion; timing depends on the provider, bank and payment method. A refund does not restore demo eligibility, reset usage, reactivate a subscription or key, or erase transaction history. GST corrections or credit notes will be issued where legally required and operationally enabled.
