Security approach
TerraGridTech uses proportionate controls for current services: encrypted transport, authentication and role-based access, business isolation, limited connection-key visibility, audit records, restricted production access, incident-response procedures, service-provider review and secure development checks.
Vulnerability reporting
Send a concise report to security@terragridtech.com. Do not access or alter other people’s data, disrupt service, use destructive tests, demand payment, publish before coordinated handling, or send active malware or credentials. The channel does not create a reward, safe-harbour or response-time commitment.
No absolute guarantee
