Email privacy@terragridtech.com from an address associated with you where possible. State your country or region, relationship to TerraGridTech, the request type and enough context to locate relevant records. The current website does not claim an automated submission or online status tracker.

Verification and response
We use proportionate verification and do not normally ask for government ID. We may request limited additional information, communicate with the relevant business customer when it controls receipt data, explain lawful limits, and respond within the period applicable to the request. Track progress through the same email thread.
Important limits
Deletion may be limited by tax, fraud prevention, security, disputes, legal claims, statutory duties and legal holds. A privacy request is separate from account closure, membership removal, subscription cancellation and refund review.
