These terms govern informational use of terragridtech.com. They do not by themselves create a subscription, activate an account, execute a DPA or promise a future feature. Product use is governed by separate Product and Subscription Terms and any signed agreement.
Permitted access and conduct
You may view and share public pages for lawful evaluation and communication. Do not interfere with the site, bypass controls, probe without permission, scrape excessively, introduce malware, impersonate others, infringe rights or misuse contact channels. Report suspected vulnerabilities to security@terragridtech.com.
Intellectual property
TerraGridTech owns or licenses its website, software, APIs, documentation and branding. No ownership transfers by access. Limited quotation and linking are allowed by law; other copying or commercial reuse requires permission.
Accuracy, availability and third-party links
We aim for accurate current information but may correct or update it. The website and demo have no guaranteed availability or SLA. Planned features are clearly labelled and must not be relied on as available. Third-party destinations have their own terms and practices.
Contact journeys
Contact forms may prepare an email on your device rather than transmit automatically. Do not send credentials, payment-card data, government ID or sensitive receipt information. A message is not an order or acceptance until authorised parties confirm it.
Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, the informational website is provided without implied guarantees and TerraGridTech excludes indirect or consequential loss. Nothing excludes fraud, wilful misconduct or liability that law does not permit us to exclude. Consumer rights that cannot lawfully be waived remain unaffected.
Law, changes and contact
