Activation and digital delivery
Digital delivery starts only when TerraGridTech approves onboarding. Payment discussion or a future verified payment process does not by itself grant production access. Online checkout is not active.
Usage delivery boundary
Only successfully created digital receipts are billable. Failed requests, duplicate retries, connection tests, Wallet claims, receipt reads, views, downloads and QR scans are not separately charged.
Technical limits
Initial monthly technical limits protect the service while a commercial relationship is reviewed. They are not prepaid packages, included receipt bundles, subscription allowances or a promise of continued availability.
Plan and regional availability
Feature delivery may differ by plan, verified billing region, phased release, private pilot or signed enterprise agreement. A displayed future or controlled feature is not automatically delivered.
