Summary

TerraGrid Tech Private Limited uses information only to provide, secure and support its current services, meet legal duties and handle user requests. We do not sell personal data or use TGT Wallet data for advertising or marketing.

Who we are and how to contact us

TerraGrid Tech Private Limited, trading as TerraGridTech, is established in India. Privacy questions and requests can be sent to privacy@terragridtech.com; general enquiries to contact@terragridtech.com.

Scope and our roles

This policy covers the public website, current B2B receipt services, Merchant POS and TGT User Wallet. TerraGridTech generally acts as controller or data fiduciary for Wallet accounts, security, support and rights handling. For receipt information handled on a business customer's instructions, TerraGridTech generally acts as its processor or service provider.

Current TGT Wallet information

  • Name, email address, Firebase Authentication user ID and sign-in state
  • Receipt purchase history, including merchant, item, total, currency, date and transaction information
  • Income, expenses, budgets and subscriptions entered by the user; the Wallet does not initiate or settle payments
  • Personal notes, labels and supported product or warranty metadata already available in the Wallet
  • Firebase installation, App Check, Play Integrity, security and other operational device identifiers
  • Optional analytics events and optional crash, diagnostic and app-performance information only after the user opts in

My Things and TGT Care data status

TGT Care is not publicly available. Controlled internal development may use approved purchase and receipt information, owned-item information, product identifiers, warranty or return metadata, support information and controlled interaction records for authorised testing only.

Future evidence uploads, public sharing, ownership transfer, live recall feeds and external provider execution are disabled. This policy does not state that those future processing activities occur today. Before public activation, relevant data categories, purposes, controls, providers and choices must be reviewed and disclosed.

Why we use information

  • Provide email-and-password accounts and current Wallet features
  • Store and organise supported receipts and personal money records
  • Authenticate requests, prevent abuse and protect accounts
  • Respond to support, privacy and deletion requests
  • Run authorised, access-controlled internal service testing
  • Meet tax, accounting, legal, security and dispute obligations

Wallet providers and privacy choices

Firebase Authentication, App Check with Play Integrity, Firebase Installations and Google-hosted backend services help operate and protect current Wallet services.

Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics are packaged but collection is off by default. They are enabled separately only after the user opts in and can be switched off again in the Wallet. Advertising-ID collection and ad-personalisation signals are disabled.

Future upload or intelligence processing is not public merely because a storage or cloud provider is technically configured.

Future cloud intelligence

Cloud Translation, Document AI, Vertex AI Gemini and Vertex AI embeddings are not enabled for current public TGT Care or My Things use. Any future introduction would be progressive, user-initiated where appropriate, access controlled, subject to safeguards and disclosed before customer content is processed. No live AI product assistant, repair advice, legal analysis or recall confirmation is offered.

Service providers and international transfers

Google provides the Firebase and Google Cloud services described here under the applicable service terms and data-processing terms, generally as a processor or service provider for customer data handled to provide those services. TerraGridTech remains responsible for choosing and configuring the services and for its own legal role. Provider details, service state and links to applicable terms appear in the Subprocessor List.

Processing may occur in India, the United States and other countries where Google or its subprocessors operate, subject to configured service locations and applicable contractual safeguards, including transfer provisions in the applicable Firebase or Google Cloud data-processing terms.

Retention and deletion

We retain information only for operational, contractual and lawful purposes, then delete or anonymise it where appropriate. A Wallet user can submit an authenticated deletion request in the app or use the public Account Deletion page. After verification and approval, eligible Wallet records, private evidence and the Firebase Authentication account are deleted through an auditable process. A content-free completion record may retain one-way fingerprints, counts and retention category names.

Deletion may be limited by tax, fraud prevention, security, disputes, legal claims, statutory requirements and legal holds. Merchant-issued fiscal receipt proofs may be retained while direct Wallet-account linkage is removed and access remains restricted to the lawful purpose.

Your choices and rights

Optional Analytics and Crashlytics can be enabled or disabled separately in the Wallet. Depending on applicable law and circumstances, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or objection, portability, withdrawal of consent, grievance handling or other available rights. Use the Privacy and Data Rights page, the public Account Deletion page or privacy@terragridtech.com.

Security

We use proportionate controls including encrypted transport, authentication, App Check, access controls, account isolation, restricted production access and audit records. No system can be guaranteed perfectly secure.

Children and automated decisions

The services are not directed to children. Live cloud AI is off, and TerraGridTech does not use public-site or Wallet results for solely automated decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects.

Changes and complaints

We version material changes and provide appropriate notice or seek reacceptance where required. Privacy complaints may be sent to privacy@terragridtech.com.
