Corrections policy

Corrections and content updates

How to report an error and how TerraGridTech labels material corrections, dates, sources and methodology changes.

Report an error

Email legal@terragridtech.com with the page URL, the statement in question, why it may be wrong and any supporting source. This email route does not create an automatic ticket or fake success state.

How we assess a report

We compare the public statement with the cited source, current product evidence and applicable review status. Urgent safety, privacy or materially misleading issues are prioritised.

Material corrections

When a correction changes a reader’s understanding, the page receives a correction note describing the substance of the change and its date. Minor spelling or formatting fixes may be made without a material-correction note.

Dates and superseded sources

The last-updated date changes when substantive content changes. A superseded source is replaced or clearly labelled, while evidence needed to understand an earlier published methodology is retained internally.

Methodology changes

A calculation change receives a new methodology version, effective date and explanation. Previously published estimates are not silently recalculated under a different method.

Practical checklist

  • Include the exact URL.
  • Identify the disputed statement.
  • Provide a supporting source where possible.
  • Avoid sending passwords or connection keys.
  • Use legal@terragridtech.com for formal claims questions.

Limitations

  • Email delivery is not guaranteed to create an immediate response.
  • A submitted disagreement does not automatically establish an error.
