Can I buy a plan online?
No. Online purchase is not available yet. Contact TerraGridTech for manual activation.
Does a connection test use a receipt credit?
No. A connection test consumes zero receipt credits.
Does a Wallet claim use another credit?
No. Saving an already-created receipt in the Wallet consumes no additional receipt credit.
How many active POS connection keys can a business have?
Up to two active POS connection keys.
Are ATM receipts, queue tokens or Business Expense available?
No. They are planned or future solutions and are not currently available.
Is AI categorisation active?
No operational AI categorisation is advertised as a current capability.
