Google Firebase - core Wallet services
Services: Firebase Authentication, Firebase App Check with Play Integrity, Firebase Installations, Cloud Firestore, Firebase Storage, Cloud Functions and related Google-hosted backend infrastructure. Purpose: authentication, abuse protection, operational installation identity, current Wallet storage and backend delivery. Data: account email and user ID, installation/security identifiers, and supported Wallet and receipt records. Role: processor/service provider for customer data under the applicable agreement. Location: configured service locations plus other locations permitted by the applicable terms. State: active for relevant current Wallet functions; Firebase Storage availability does not enable TGT Care evidence upload, which is off. Google Firebase - optional telemetry
Services: Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics. Purpose: optional product analytics, crash logs, diagnostics and app performance. Data: app interactions, installation/device identifiers, crash and diagnostic details. Role: processor/service provider to the extent stated in the applicable Firebase terms. State: packaged, collection off by default, separately user opt-in; no advertising or marketing purpose, advertising-ID collection disabled and ad-personalisation signals disabled. Google Cloud - backend services
Services include Cloud Functions or Cloud Run and supporting Google Cloud infrastructure for authenticated Wallet APIs. Purpose: receive, validate, store and return Wallet requests and records. Data depends on the requested feature and can include account identifiers, receipt and financial records, search queries and support metadata. Role: processor/service provider for Customer Personal Data under the applicable agreement. Location: configured service regions and other locations permitted by the terms. State: always on where used. Google Cloud - future intelligence services
Services considered for future use include Cloud Translation, Document AI, Vertex AI Gemini and Vertex AI embeddings. State: off for current public TGT Care and My Things use. They do not receive customer content through those disabled routes. Any future activation requires a reviewed purpose, access and privacy controls, appropriate notice and the applicable Google Cloud terms.
Google Firebase Hosting - public websites
Purpose: deliver terragridtech.com and related static assets. Data: ordinary HTTP request metadata, including IP address and user-agent information handled by the hosting layer. Role: processor/service provider under the applicable terms. Processing: global service. State: active.
Google ML Kit - on-device distinction
The Wallet uses ML Kit text recognition, language identification and downloaded translation models on the device. Receipt content handled only by these on-device providers is not disclosed to a TerraGridTech cloud AI service. Google Play may deliver app or model components under the user's Google Play relationship; this entry distinguishes that delivery from TerraGridTech cloud processing.
Inactive providers and purposes
PayU website checkout is inactive. Advertising, ad personalisation, social tracking and third-party embeds are inactive. External social and Google Play links initiate navigation only after a visitor follows them.
Changes
We version this list and give appropriate notice before a material new subprocessor is used where a contract or law requires it.
