Prohibited conduct
- Unlawful activity, fraud, impersonation or infringement
- Unauthorised access, credential sharing, misuse of another business’s identifiers or security testing without permission
- Interference, malware, abusive or excessive automated requests, scraping or circumvention of plan limits
- Fraudulent or misleading receipts, malicious QR payloads, or submission of passwords, card numbers, CVV, OTP, UPI PIN, Aadhaar numbers or unlawful content
- Reverse engineering except where applicable law expressly permits it
Response to misuse
We may restrict or suspend access, preserve relevant evidence, notify affected customers or authorities where lawful, and require remediation. Responsible reports do not create a reward, safe-harbour or response-time promise.
