Choose the right process
User Wallet account deletion, Merchant POS access removal, business/team membership removal, business closure, subscription cancellation and personal-data deletion are different processes. Say clearly which outcome you need.
User Wallet account deletion
Email privacy@terragridtech.com from the account email with subject “User Wallet account deletion”. Include only the minimum account identifier and country or region. We may verify control of the account. Do not send passwords or government ID unless specifically and lawfully required.
Merchant and business requests
For Merchant POS access or team membership removal, contact the business administrator and support@terragridtech.com. An authorised business representative can request business closure or subscription cancellation through support. Closing a business does not automatically erase every member or receipt record.
What may be retained
Some records may remain for tax, fraud prevention, security, disputes, legal claims, legal holds and statutory requirements. We will limit retained data to the lawful purpose and explain material limits when responding. This web route is suitable for linking from the TGT User Wallet store listing and remains available without signing in.
